TRU-BEV Cable and Chain Conveying Systems

Enclosed conveying configurations for granular and powder materials across horizontal, vertical, and three-dimensional routes.

Supplier-provided cable and chain conveyor routing and internal component views
Cable and chain configurations shown for application discussion; final routing is project-specific.

Application statement

Route powders and granular materials through constrained layouts.

Material characteristics, bulk density, fragility, required capacity, route geometry, discharge points, and operating conditions guide the configuration.

Fully enclosed conveying configuration

Designed for low material residue

Flexible three-dimensional routing

Multiple discharge-point capability

Supplier-stated low noise and maintenance

No metal-on-metal friction as supplier-described

Configuration choice

Cable versus chain arrangements.

Neither configuration is universally preferable. Selection depends on capacity, route, material behavior, control of breakage, and project interfaces.

Cable configuration · L models

Compact-duty routing

Supplier-listed models cover approximately 1-12 m³/h, with maximum listed conveying height of 20 m and horizontal distance of 40 m.

Chain configuration · R models

Higher-capacity routing

Supplier-listed models cover approximately 1-50 m³/h, with maximum listed conveying height of 30 m and horizontal distance of 60 m.

Supplier-identified considerations

The brochure compares cable/chain conveying with selected pneumatic, bucket, scraper, belt, and screw systems. ValFlow does not present those comparisons as universal performance claims; project selection requires application-specific review.

Supplier-listed capacities are theoretical values at approximately 70% fill and maximum linear speed of 0.3 m/s. Lower fill rates may be recommended for fragile materials; the supplier specifically recommends approximately 60% fill where greater breakage control is required.
